I love using parchment paper for baking and cooking. While I usually use a roll and cut the paper to size, these are so much more convenient. They fit perfectly inside an average cookie sheet, and two will cover a full sheet pan. I no longer have to struggle with the ends curling up, these lay flat on the pan. No matter the condition of your baking sheets, cookies will come out perfectly if you use these (and they won't stick). I cook bacon in the oven and these make cleanup so simple! I absolutely love the Reynolds pop-up parchment paper. I am so sad it has taken me so long to realize how easy parchment paper makes in cleaning up. I use the paper for baking cookies and even baking bacon. Many times I don't even have to wash the cookie sheet if I have used parchment paper! The pop-up is very convenient compared to a roll. The only thing I don't like is that they are a bit smaller than my cookie sheets so I end up having to use two. My cookie sheets are 12x17 and the paper only measures approximately 11x12. reynoldskitchens pop-up parchment sheets are amazing! I love parchment paper to use while baking oh, but it tends to constantly want to roll up while I'm trying to use it. I love that this item always lays flat while I'm working with it. this product is thick enough to not tear and you can even pick up freshly baked cookies using only the parchment paper and it will not rip.
