I didn’t have to struggle trying to get the sheets to lay flat while I cut the right amount I needed. I used the parchment roll before, and I ended up wasting some of it because I didn’t cut it correctly. The cookies didn’t stick to the paper and it was easy to transfer to a cooling rack.
