Galaxy S24

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone. I had the Galaxy Flip but had problems keeping it charged. I use my S24 for everything, school, work, and personal. I don't really know much of the extra features it has but it is still a great phone. Galaxy phones are my first choice and always will be.

Finger print scanner garbage

I've had this s24 ultra for a few days, it's basically the same as my note 9 except they had to change the figure print scanner. WHY ???? Why do things that work great and are in a great location have to be messed with ? The scanner under the camera was perfect and always worked. Now it's a stupid in screen scanner that doesn't work. It won't work with any type of screen protector. So I tried the facial recognition garbage. Now that's not at the right angle or there isn't enough light or what ever else. I'm get so tired of spending a crap ton of money on things that don't work. Thanks for screwing up a good feature

Your phone's fingerprint sensor is a secure and convenient way to unlock your device and protect your personal information. If you encounter challenges, make sure you're using a Samsung-certified screen protector, as uncertified ones can interfere with the sensor. Additionally, remove any phone cases that may obstruct the fingerprint sensor and ensure your fingers are moisturized; dry or chapped fingers may not be recognized, while overly wet fingers can cause issues as well. Regularly check the screen and fingerprint sensor for scratches or dirt that could hinder recognition, and be aware that temperature extremes can affect the sensor's performance. Following these tips can help improve the functionality of your fingerprint sensor. Also, be sure to check out the link attached for tips for Face recognition.
