[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only major gripe with this device is the overall polish of the design and UI/UX. It seems a bit ..all over the place. The volume panel doesn't match any other menu on the device, the drop-down menu quick buttons don't match the full drop-down menu. Many things are added and removed without notice nor the option to change back. I don't know what else to say, it just lacks cohesiveness through the whole experience. Take notes from googles version of Android. Everything matches, all the menus look the same, all the fonts, all the rounding degrees and colors. Every single app they have out matches as well, it isn't a mixed bag whether it's up to date design or still reminiscent of TouchWiz. (which, mind you, still had better cohesive design than modern OneUI). Just feels disorganized..and for somebody like me that favors this more than anything, it's a major dealbreaker, especially since this phone has an absolute unbeatable PHYSICAL design. (btw, forcing AI mumbo jumbo down everyone's throat isn't going to make them like it)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the S24 because it's a decent quality smartphone. The camera and subsequent pictures are better than I've ever taken. The Galaxy AI that has now been forced on us all is... pointless. When I press the traditional on/ off/restart button it just brings up the "AI assistant" which I'll never use. So then I had to actually Google how to turn off or restart my phone. Additionally, it used to be that you could pull down from top of screen to get notifications and then pull down again to get settings like brightness, battery level, and saver, airplane mode, do not disturb etc. Now you pull down notifications and then swipe right to the next screen for settings. It's really a pointless change and yet another thing I had to teach my father and myself. Please just jump OFF the AI bandwagon. No one needs a large language Model on their phone. Or anywhere for that matter. We all have Google. We can all find TRUE facts by doing a little research. You've "solving a problem" that does not exist and forcing it's pointless "solution" on every user. I find it insulting and if I can get the AI off my phone I'd prefer that over trying to pause my earphones and hearing some dumb voice telling me he doesn't understand or asking for more info. When I press pause, I need silence. When I press on/ off button, I need on/off/reset not useless Gemini bothering me about stuff I don't need and didn't ask for in the first place.

My old phones from 10 years ago have better sound, better mic, better headset capability, better internal recording, better recording quality, and they don't have any delay anywhere. This trash garbage phone is the most atrocious scam I've ever seen. WHY ARE YOU STILL USING THE TYPE C HEADPHONE JACK WHEN EVERYONE HATES IT AND IT DESTROYS THE PHONES FUNCTIONALITY. EVERYTHING IS DELAYED, MUFFLED AND LOW QUALITY. THE ADAPTERS DO NOT CHANGE THIS ENOUGH AND CAUSE DELAYS AND LOW QUALITY SOUND. BLUETOOTH MAKES MY EARS FEEL EXTREME PRESSURE LIKE SOME KIND OF TERRORIST WEAPON AND IT ALSO SOUNDS ATROCIOUS. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON!? THIS IS NOT EXCUSABLE. BRING BACK THE JACK. MY PHONE FROM 10 YEARS AGO IS FAR SUPERIOR.

I've been a galaxy user since the Note 1. Lo ed every device I've owned. Except this one. Worst phone I've ever had. This phone drops calls. Has trouble sending and receiving messages half the time. It will display 5G, but doesn't open web pages most of the time. 30% of the time when I'm talking to someone they say I sound like a robot. I know that it isn't the service provider. My wife has the same account, same plan, we could be right next to each other and she has no issues at all. Service is great. This is actually my 2nd device. The first was warrantied by the manufacturer after weeks of troubleshooting to no avail. It's a real bummer because I live galaxy phones, and this one seems like it could do a lot if only it would work right. I'm stuck with this thing for the next 2 years. Should be a good time.. good thing I carry a company phone as well incase I need to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone feels very smooth to use with its adaptable display, out-performing it's competitors with an amazing, high refresh rate display. The display, coupled with seamless actions across apps allows you to switch between many different tasks at breakneck speed. Battery life is also amazing, and lets you charge only once a day. It also has top of the line AI features that everyone would find useful.

I have had the s twenty for about three months now. And I am extremely disappointed. It has literally been the most disappointing phone I have ever owned. Especially for the cost, the only thing that has been impressive is the camera and the display, but only if you're watching 4K videos or movies. Aside from watching that, there's nothing impressive about it. The phone is extremely slow. It has just been a disappointment in every way.I had the s 8 for 2 years and then the s 9 for almost 5 years and i loved everything about them. The only reason that I upgraded was after years of abuse of hundreds of times of being dropped stepped on, left in the rain, dropped in water, lost in the snow, and then finally being ran over by a car on pavement. And it still took 3 months after being ran over for the touch screen to stop reading my touch. ( still worked with a mouse) I figured it was tome to finely upgrade. So I figured as much as it broke my heart to have to get a new phone I figured I would get the best and newest version of basically the same phone I had suspecting that I would hopefully have it 4 to 5 years maybe longer. But I have been utterly disappointed.This phone doesn't even come close to comparing to s nine I used to have.

And I use my phone for entertainment, for work, for school. I won't get anything else at this point. I love how quickly I can move from one action to another, one app to another. And they always last me years, through drops in water and hard floors. I'd say you couldn't find a better cell out there.
