Everyone needs to try a bidet!

Great product. Easy to install. It's truly amazing once you have tried a bidet. The water can get quite warm so be careful. Good looking in your bathroom.

Just what we needed!

We bought this to help reduce hemorrhoids and help with post partum recovery. We needed to install a new outlet in our bathroom in order to install a bidet. The extra work was completely worth it! I can't go back to a regular toilet now.

Great bidet for the money!

I have a $450.00 bidet in my other bathroom. With the exception of the remote and a few bells and whistles, this bidet performs just as well. For the money, this is a terrific buy.

Love it!

I bought this as a gift, and the recipient tells me she absolutely loves it! She compared to a lot of bidets and their features, and she is extremely happy with this one!

Best Purchase This Year

Best purchase this year, considering the toilet paper shortage due to COVID-19! Also, the best price I’ve found! This Bidet’ is full of bells and whistles.

Glad I bought my Bio Bidet

I'm loving my new Bio Bidet. The only thing I'd mention is that the temperature is pretty hot and I have down on the lowest temp possible. However, I just rearrange myself and it is fine. We could probably turn our house water temp turned down to remedy this, but it really hasn't been a problem. I would not let it keep anyone from buying it. I also called for advice and the customer service person was very nice and very helpful.

Design flaws-- needs work

I owned a Tushy bidet in the past, and decided to upgrade to this Bio Bidet Aura A7 Special Edition with air dryer. The price was right for all of these bells and whistles, and I really wanted to like this bidet. I've found it does work fairly well, but there are several design flaws that you should know about prior to purchasing that will prevent this from being the bidet of your dreams. Elongated toilets are awesome, and elongated toilet seats are great because they provide larger dimensions and greater room for your parts in the front. This bidet, while designed for an elongated toilet, takes away those benefits. Underneath that long-looking lid you see pictured above, a huge portion is covering the water reservoir in the back. The seat itself really only has a hole about 11.5 inches front to back. This would be forgivable if they had designed the front of the seat better, but unfortunately the front of the seat gets very thin. The seat is thicker and wider in the back for your bottom, but then gets very thin in the rounded front. This forces you to position the seat very forward for the front of the seat to align on the front of the porcelain toilet. It thus creates an unsightly space in the back between the bidet and the water tank of your toilet because the bidet is positioned forward so far. It also forces you to sit all the way forward on the porcelain toilet itself, forcing your front parts (for males) to rest against the porcelain. Other design flaws include: 1) this special edition does not appear to have an Eco mode like the standard Aura A7, 2) the water pressure could be stronger, 3) the dryer is not powerful enough to actually dry you fully, and 4) the dryer heats up and is positioned close enough to burn the skin on your bottom slightly (enough for discomfort). All together it is not a bad bidet for this price point, but I ultimately regret the purchase.

A7SE Low price with nice features

After searching for a good quality at reasonable price, I found the A7SE at Sam's club. The A7SE is not listed on the Bio Bidet web site, so I had to email asking for the manual just to compare against the regular A7, and the SPA4800 available at the other club. I was confirmed by Bio Bidet that the A7SE has all the features of the A7, plus the extra air dry. The reasons I chose the A7SE are based on the fixed panel (we don't like remote control) and the Sam's club price. I took me over two hours to have it installed, including wiring a new outlet. The installation is straight forward, but I did have some hick ups that took me longer than expected. It is up and running. Here are some things I experienced with the installation, and the usage of the bidet: - Installation: 1: The instruction should have shown the orientation of the plate, as it is not symmetric and could be installed backward. 2: The length of the bidet barely covers the commode seat. I had to push the plate all the way forwards in order to cover the bowl. 3: Snapping the bidet onto the mounting plate is not as easy as shown in the instructions. There are four braces/hooks that you have to line up before it snaps in. 4: I have a CF overhead lamp, the bidet is plugged into a newly installed GFCI outlet, and it keeps the CF lamp flickering. Other appliances plugged into this CGFI outlet do not cause the CF to flicker. Fortunately the outside light overcomes the annoyance of the flickering. -Usage: This unit sports all the basic features, plus the air dry for the SE version. I don't have any issues with the operations of the unit. However, this is the wish list that Bio Bidet could implement to improve user's experience: 1: The long strip blue light on the control panel: I expect it to be off when there is no activity, but it stays on day and night. Wish to have a dimmer or an option to turn it off completely. Same with other LEDs for the seat/water heater. 2: Wish the button are back lighted. 3: From the specs, the A7/SE draws more power than the SPA4800, but I am not sure if the listed power consumption is for the initial warm up or for the long run. Overall, this A7SE offers all feature we need and I recommend it. It did take a bit longer than expected to get it delivered. Sam's sent me a $10 coupon for first time online order, and if you use Discover card, it also add 5% cash back (make sure you go through Discover site first).
