Bought this as a Christmas gift for the hubby and installation was a breeze and probably took about 20 mins. So far, everything works out and has all the features (seat warmer with adjustable settings, different water pressure, and air dryer) I feel luxurious using this.

The back is pretty big which shortens the toilet seat and make it small. That's my only complaint. The features are really nice with the warm water and heated seat. The controls are afixed to the side I thought it would be more like a remote but you cant pick it up at all it's attached to the side. Overall like it just a little small seat after you attach it since the back is so large.

Although it does not have all the features of my previous Bidet this is a very good seat. I like the User memory features. The stainless nozzles is clean looking and when retracted leaves no space for dirt buildup as my previous seat did. Overall I am very satisfied.

Love everything about the seat except the instructions. It's not difficult to install, but if you follow the instructions on how to attach it to the toilet, you can damage the quick disconnect mechanism. This model doesn't slide on like they say. You have to push the release button then rest the seat on the toilet mount.

This gadget is just the cat's meow, especially during an incredible TP shortage. It does its business after I do mine. Nozzle placement, water temperature, pressure, and user are all adjustable. You can even enjoy a heated seat if you want while you wait for the gentle rush of air to dry your bottom.

Husband loves it. I think it's designed more for men. It has a "woman" button but it's not very accurate in execution. Movement, flexibility, and double cycles may be required for us to accomplish the task at hand. As others have reported, the dryer leaves much to be desired. So, 3 stars. It could be better, could be worse. Saving trees, a great concept .

Disclamer: This is the first bidet I have owned and so I don't have anything to compare this product to. The Good: The seat was easy to install and it fit my elongated toilet perfectly. The blue night light is attractive and makes it easy to find in the middle of the night. All functions work as explained - the heated seat and water will be more appreciated in the winter. The dryer really dries everything well. The seat is comfortable. The Bad: While the toilet and side panel have a nice blue light the individual functions cannot be seen at night because they have no backlight - that's just a bad design flaw! You really need to read the User Manual to understand what each function button is to be used for (one example: the button labeled "Bidet" is NOT for you butt, it's for feminine washing - another flaw in my opinion). With the water pressure adjustment buttons you have no idea if you are at maximum pressure because there is no indicator light letting you know where you are at like there is for the seat and water temperature. Even though I have good water pressure at my house I still feel the need to use toilet paper - even with the water pressure set all the way up (I think). This might be common with all bidets but since I'm a new user I was thinking I wouldn't have to use any toilet paper but I don't use as much as I used to.

Love this product! The heated seat and multiple water spray options allows his and her custom settings. Be sure to have an electrical outlet available near the toilet. We had to install one; fortunately there was easy access to an existing outlet on the other side of the bathroom wall.

Excellent features for the price, heated seat, warm water, dryer and two individual settings.

Excellant Bidet, this is the 3rd Bio-bidet i own you can't find a better toilet seat bidet anywhere!!!
