It is very attractive, very nice sexy controls, works smoothly and very quietly. I installed it myself (and I am on crutches) with no issues and works fine. I wish the warm water tank that creates a rectangle shape in the seat housing at the back was sculpted in more for those with no butt or issues where there tailbone is lower in body. I lost my hip bones to MRSA so it may just be the way my tailbone lines up but if I sit to far back it hits my tailbone on the backside. I have learned how to sit more forward to accommodate the design.

I owned a Tushy bidet in the past, and decided to upgrade to this Bio Bidet Aura A7 Special Edition with air dryer. The price was right for all of these bells and whistles, and I really wanted to like this bidet. I've found it does work fairly well, but there are several design flaws that you should know about prior to purchasing that will prevent this from being the bidet of your dreams. Elongated toilets are awesome, and elongated toilet seats are great because they provide larger dimensions and greater room for your parts in the front. This bidet, while designed for an elongated toilet, takes away those benefits. Underneath that long-looking lid you see pictured above, a huge portion is covering the water reservoir in the back. The seat itself really only has a hole about 11.5 inches front to back. This would be forgivable if they had designed the front of the seat better, but unfortunately the front of the seat gets very thin. The seat is thicker and wider in the back for your bottom, but then gets very thin in the rounded front. This forces you to position the seat very forward for the front of the seat to align on the front of the porcelain toilet. It thus creates an unsightly space in the back between the bidet and the water tank of your toilet because the bidet is positioned forward so far. It also forces you to sit all the way forward on the porcelain toilet itself, forcing your front parts (for males) to rest against the porcelain. Other design flaws include: 1) this special edition does not appear to have an Eco mode like the standard Aura A7, 2) the water pressure could be stronger, 3) the dryer is not powerful enough to actually dry you fully, and 4) the dryer heats up and is positioned close enough to burn the skin on your bottom slightly (enough for discomfort). All together it is not a bad bidet for this price point, but I ultimately regret the purchase.

We just bought this to replace a cheaper version made by a different company. This one has many features the other did not. Heated seat. Adjustable water temperature, much better than cold water. She loves the dryer.

I bought this product while I am staying home because of Corona virus. I wanted to save TP. It's easy to install and has great features like warm seat, cleaning, silent mode, night light, drying, and much more. Great buy!

This bidet is easy to install (I did have to run an electrical circuit for an outlet). It has great features, is easy to use and it is very reasonably priced.. We are very happy with this purchase.

I bought this last month on the recommendation of my daughter and son-on-law. I couldn't be happier with the timing or the performance. It is a big step up from my last bidet.

We've read about these for a while, but never opted to try one. Now that Toilet paper is in short supply we read a number of reviews and thought that this looked like a great deal. We are a few days in and impressed, the unit is well made and after a day or so seems fine. Love the silent close seat and lid, heated seat is surprisingly nice and the -um - washing action is good. At first we thought it looked huge on our toilet, but seems normal now. The washing action is good - different than paper, and it's taken a day or so to adjust. Bot of a learning curve, but we like it. Warm seat, Clean fresh feeling, tiny bit of paper used. We'll add another for guests. Great unit, Great price.

Shortages in toilet paper made me reevaluate whether I wanted to continue buying TP. Having travelled to Canada and using luxury Hotel bidets...I remembered the feeling of freshness and comfort using the restroom. It's not supposed to be comfortable in there right? Well, I long story short ...I decided to buy a BioBidet and SamsClub offered an excellent price. This Aura A7 special edition is the best thing since sliced bread. Water stays warm, night light is amazing and makes it hard to miss at night, there is a feminine wash, 2 user settings, install was a breeze...what more could you ask for? Buy the bidet and you'll be asking why this country doesn't have bidets everywhere.

Very happy with the product, works as desired. There was a piece missing from one of the hoses, but nothing a trip to the hardware store didnt easily resolve. I would highly recommend and purchase again!

I bought this a few days ago and installed today. Everything went very smoothly with installation but keep in mind you will need an electrical outlet for this unit. The feature set on this "Special Edition" for Sam's includes the heated dryer function, which is very handy and makes this an exceptional deal vs other units and brands, even from the competition (Costco). You cannot go wrong with this purchase!
