bought this today, installed it when i got home. unit shuts off mid cycle, and leaks from under the seat. very disapointed.

Love my new addition to my bathroom's, I'm glad I purchased 2 so there won't be a line waiting for the bathroom. Totally recommend it. They were very easy to install. This might be my new man cave.

Purchased about a month ago. Easy to install, bidet works great! Leaves you feeling clean but the air dry temperature can't be adjusted and is rather warm. The power cord is not very long either. Wish they offered options for different lengths.

I have wanted a Bidet for a long time but I own a old house. This product is working really well with my existing toilets and soon I will have power outlets installed near the toilets so I will not need an extension cord to run the features.

It did not satisfactorily perform the one function for which it was built! AND it did not even last for ONE YEAR. Over all VERY DISAPPOINTED with the Performance and Reliability of this product. It certainly is not worth the price I paid for it.

This is the best appliance i've purchased. It works great and was easy to install. I had a small issue when I ordered, however Bio Bidet took care of fast. Great company!!

I have purchased three of these units. One for each adult child and myself. Works great!! Warm water and a dryer after. If we ever have toilet paper shortages in the future, I will be ready!!
