This is our first bidet seat and me and my husband are both loving it. Ever since using a bidet on our honeymoon in Japan, we’ve been intent on having one in our home. We didn’t want to replace the entire toilet so this seat was recommended by a friend. We’ve used it several times and we love it so far!!! The heated seat and dryer are both a nice touch. Highly recommend.

We’ve had a regular bidet system for years. But recently we purchased our 1st home and the toilet had an elongated seat and our bidet didn’t fit. We had been eyeing this one for about a year but the price made us hesitant. Well let me say I wish we had just bought it a year ago. Who knew what we were missing out on all this time. For the price this thing is jammed packed with amazing features. It can get artic cold during the winter here, with the seat warmer I no longer have the brutal cold seat shocking me awake every morning . The seat warmer and heated water is something I didn’t know I couldn’t live without. And the other arm air dryer. Your butt is going to feel like it died and went to Heaven!!! You can set your preferences which is nice. I also love that it has an occupied sensor that way it won’t turn on unless occupied. Let me tell you that’s a great feature to have especially when guests come over who have no idea what the heck a bidet is and they get curious enough to stand in front of the toilet and push the button only to be gut shot by a stream of water. It’s funny cuz they come out of the bathroom soaking wet looking embarrassed and flustered. But that’s not going to be an issue with this beauty. You need this I. Your life people! Best investment EVAHHH!!! Only downside is now hubby doesn’t want to go vacation anywhere cuz he can’t live without his bidet. Plus better be prepared not to see your hubby for hours on end. if you thought your man spent a lot of time playing games, scrolling social media, and watching videos on his phone while sitting on a cold uncomfortable toilet, you ain’t never going to get him off this luxurious warm comfy bidet. I just received my bidet a few days ago and hooked it up yesterday and I’ve never been so happy with the quality of a toilet seat and all of its functions!! I couldn’t brag about it anymore it’s just all around a great setup, great quality, the settings are very well instructed on how to operate! 10/10 would recommend!!

I bought this after trying the one at my neighbor’s house and both my husband and I are kicking ourselves for waiting so long! We were loyal wipes users, because staying clean is super important for health and comfort. But now we are keeping clean easier, and the cost savings from no longer buying wipes will more than pay for this! We already bought and installed a second one and will soon order a third for our upstairs bath. Just wish I could travel with one!!!

I bought this a few weeks ago when my BB 1000 from 2014 started leaking. Service said they would fix the old one for free if I got a new one. So i thought if I got the least expensive ($299 for A7) new one then I could get my expensive ($499 for BB 1000) one fixed. To my surprise the A7 is excellent! The only thing it doesn't have is the remote control and the dryer feature. Now I will have one in every bathroom. The A7 blue nightlight is really nice and the cleaning power is great! I love the bidets and can't live without them so I am glad to have a spare one. It saves money on using toilet paper and is more sanitary!

I have A7 bidet in use for 1 month. Back wash option stopped working already, nozzle does not come come out when button is pushed. Bidet seat cover does not stay up and falling on my back when toilet in use. Impossible to get thru over a phone. E-mail respond takes at least a week. Poor quality of the product and customer care.

I installed the BioBidet A7 in July of 2021 and gave it a good review. Within a month the lid damper stopped working and the company sent a free replacement. Upon disassembly I discovered there was nothing wrong with the original damper itself. The single screw had stripped the plastic piece it was screwed into. I used some plastic filler and super glue to repair it. A month later the nozzle would not extend without starting and stopping the unit several times. Later it would not retract all the way without going to manual clean mode and pushing it in by hand. When not extending or retracting it make an awful grinding noise. Other times it works perfectly. The company emailed instructions about how to fix it but their fix hasn't made a difference. Considering a return to BioBidet.

I supported a Kickstarter campaign for a BioBidet about ten years ago. Oh, I loved that toilet seat - it was a wonderful addition to my life. However - the way it attached to the toilet did not work - broke once and BioBidet replaced it, then it broke again. I talked to BioBidet and said I want a seat that has a better attachement to the toilet. They said A7. I bought A7, not really sure of what to expect with the fancy control off to one side. But this is the best! And the way it attached to the toilet is perfect - feels solid and doesn't slide around if I lean one way or the other. I have cats and they come into the bathroom to have conversations ... I would like to buy this seat for my upstairs bathroom, but there is no electricity near my toilet. I am going to work on that so I can have a bidet in every bathroom! And it will be the A7.

No pun intended but I was stalling to put in my biobidet. The whole process took 15-20 minutes and this was double checking steps and going very slow. I use next to no paper anymore and I can’t believe I waited 40 years for this. I am a fan! Or and the fan rocks too
