Sorry to see the recent change in quality. Probably half the thickness and absorbency compared to last purchase. It now takes two hands to pull a sheet from a roll without it tearing (not along perforated marks). I took a little step down in quality from Bounty a while ago but got used to it. There's no way I'll accept this new downgrade, just another item I won't buy.

Save money, big roll

These paper towels used to be a very good value product, sadly that is no longer the case. It now takes nearly two towels to absorb as much as one was previously capable of absorbing. Enough of a disappointing change that I will now be reluctant to repurchase.

I have no idea what happened to these towels, but they aren't worth 10 cents! Two ply? Ok, they are...if you think a super thin tissue of sandpaper counts as a ply. They are flimsy, thin, scratchy....not near as soft and durable as they were. My husband thinks they feel oily or something. I always recommended the Member's Mark brand because they were equal if not better than the name brand. Well, guess I am going to the brand name. I have a huge batch of these to use up first. Guess I could return them...maybe I will.

I enjoy ordering products from Sam's. I love the members Mark paper towels.I buy the select a size and truly enjoy them.They are as thick as the higher priced name brand paper towels. I use a lot of them with three grandsons.Thank you for this product and thank you for allowing me to have them delivered to my home.I have been a member for many years and want to continue for the rest of my life.

Box was received with Dawn Ultra Platinum bottle open with about 1/4th of the liquid spilled in the box which included 5 additional items some which were covered in the soapy liquid. Also the Rotel cans were spilled out of the box they were shipped in.

these have been our go to paper towels for over four years, but the last eight months have seen a huge quality control issue arise. Out of the 150 sheets per roll we now get only 90 - 110, the rest are destroyed in the act of trying to create one 11x6 sheet. The perforations are no longer reliable.

Not sure what happened with Members Mark Brand, but lately these haven’t torn off properly, they shred into dust when using to clean with, windows, counters, etc. they used to stand up and were thicker, and were comparable to Bounty, now they remind me of the off brand at Walmart.

These use to be the best quality paper towels. The last 3 purchases they are horrible, they are supposed to be quarter sheets, but a few rolls were half sheets and a few rolls weren’t even cut at all, it was one continuous roll of towel with no cut at all. And the ones that were quarter sheets won’t even tear properly. I will not be purchasing these again until the quality goes back to the way it was.
