We've cooked these most ways and always good. Last time we cook these with pork loins and cut the corn off the cob for salad.

Unfortunately the corn was not good. The ends were grey and dark. The deer loved them and the squirrels carried some away.

A nice surprise--just like and as fresh as hand-shucked corn from our Iowa garden--and out growing season has not started! It beats the big supermarkets on price without having the husk it.
