Its slightly dry on the pallet, pair well with sharp cheddar cheese and nuts. But you could also pair it with a lamb. Definitely would recommend it to a friend or buy for a dinner.

After spending the evening working a hockey game, I grabbed the Campo Viejo Tempranillo from the wine rack and threw on a Led Zeppelin album. It was just what I needed. It burst with fruit flavor while maintaining an appropriate and pleasurable dryness. The bottle only gave its a complexity rating of two, but as I sipped it hints of vanilla and spice unveiled itself that could easily bump this to a three. Scanning the QR code on the lab took me directly to their website, where I learned they make a Rose (sparkling and still) out of this very same grape. I can't wait to try them!!
