- 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase8/29/2026What can I say the installation went smoothly. I have the receipt after paying, only I wasn't told about an installation pkg! I have nothing to keep track of the times I need to return for tire rotation every 3/5 thousand miles, plus balance of each.
Great ride I'm happy!
Bonnie J Martin - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase12/5/2025These tires replaced by nine year-old comfertred goodyear tires they are awesome handle very well in the snow and what pavement. - 1 out of 5 stars review7/24/2026I am extremely disappointed with the tire installation service I received. After waiting approximately 45 minutes for the installation, an employee informed me that the work could not be completed because the department did not have the appropriate professional tools to remove my tires. I was then told that I could take my vehicle to an auto shop, have the lug nuts loosened, and drive back to Sam’s Club so the tires could be installed. When I explained that driving a vehicle with loosened lug nuts would create a serious safety risk—and that the recommendation was completely unreasonable—I was told my alternatives were to accept a refund, purchase the tires and install them myself, or follow the suggestion of having them loosened elsewhere...

jerry - 1 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase8/27/2025They broke my wheel lock key. Was told that it got rusted and eventually broke, which I know is not true. I paid to another tyre shop to extract locks and bought another lock from Autozone to replace broken locks. I wish they would have been careful with the service they provide. Else it’s not worth it. Tyre were replaced on 2 nd appointment.
Not impressed with the tyre installation service
Mka - 3 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase4/14/2021Previously I had the Goodyear Assurance Comfortred touring which I was extremely happy in smooth and quiet drive. Having read and thinking the GY A Comfortdrive are the new and improved version of the Comfortred Touring I bought them today. Though brand new - I realize a breaking in period can improve the ride, when I had driven the Comfortred touring being brand new, I noticed the extremely smooth and quiet ride. At this point, I am feeling disappointed with the Comfortdrive in comparison to the Comfortred touring.
Comparing with Assurance comfort tread touring tire
GeorOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/15/2021Bought these tires as replacements for my original vehicle tires. These are far superior. I like the comfortable ride, handling, and quietness. I also really like the design that includes wheel rim protection. My original equipment tires exposed the rims - lots of curb rash. I don't expect that problem with these tires.
Best tire I've ever owned!
GB21Originally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/22/2021These tires are just like the Comfortred Touring it replaced with extra capabilities which is a good thing. It handles well in light to moderate weather conditions. Very quiet and comfortable on the road. I'm very pleased.
So far so good!
graydon2010Originally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase11/28/2024This is the fourth set of Goodyear Assurance Comforts that I have purchased (3 Vehicles) over several years. I like the smooth and quiet ride and they have good traction. Sam’s price on these tires was excellent. I only wish they used Nitrogen to fill them. Very satisfied
Very Satisfied.

Amazing
ShidoshiOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars review4/10/2024I replaced my absolutely horrible Firestone tires with these Goodyear tires and I'm much happier with how much better the ride is. The original Firestone tires only had 18k on them, but I couldn't stand the jarrinng ride any longer. Traction is much better too with these Goodyear tires; no more spinouts with rapid acceleration from a dead stop.
Love these tires!
greenchilesOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars review6/1/2021I put these tires on an Infiniti. They ride so much better and are so quiet, I cannot believe it! I've put about 5000 miles on them, no issues. They handle the rain at speed with out blinking. Responsive around corners and curves. They are so much better than the OEM Michelins they replaced.
Love, love, LOVE
PugzillaOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars review11/14/2021I bought 4 new tires for my 2017 GMC Acadia and I couldn't be any happier. They drive like a dream. Very quiet and handle well. I do a lot of highway driving back and forth to work and I love the way they grip the road. We just had our first snow and handled like a dream. Bravo Goodyear. I will be purchasing four more for my wife's car.
Great Tires
Jimmyb44140Originally posted ongoodyear.com - 2 out of 5 stars review8/18/2021I think I understand more about tire noise. There are two types of noise. The rolling noise and the hard hitting noise of tires hitting potholes and other irregularities in the road. The rolling noise is low. The bumps are like what I am used to maybe better at deadening noise. There is something about these tires that make it very hard to relax and drive in a straight line. I have had almost all the front suspension parts replaced and alignment done twice and it is still a chore to drive. It is no fun to drive. Before I got the new tires, parts and alignment I used to enjoy driving this car. I own 5 other vehicles including this one now and I have never had tires make such a difference that I don't even want to drive it any more.
I have 6 months of driving on these tires
BanjoOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 3 out of 5 stars review7/3/2022While it may sound like I am talking out of both sides of my mouth, what I love about these tires is also what I hate about them. They deaden everything. On a nice sunny day drive this is perfect. In heavy rain, not being able to feel the road is a major downside to me. I previously had the Comfortred touring and these are supposed to have replaced them as an "upgrade" I can tell you that the Comfortred touring was 100% the superior tire. These are very good tires and I have never lost traction even in the heaviest rain. Zero hydroplaning incidents. Just not being able to feel the road during a gully washer is a major negative to me. Not sad that I bought them, but also wouldn't recommend or buy them again either.
Proof that you can be too good at your job
RaymanOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/26/2022Replaced OEM tires on 2016 Honda CRV Awd touring with these. What a change! Almost zero road noise and a lot better ride. Not so harsh on rough roads. Excellent wet weather traction. At 6500 miles I couldn't be more satisfied. We'll see how they do in snow. I would highly recommend theses tires!
What a change!!
Jim8083Originally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars review10/1/2021I have been in the Automotive field for over 40 years as a Mechanic then a Service Director and a Automotive reviewer - this tire handles great in rain , the most forgiving harsh pot hole ride, and by far the quietest ride, I had Michelins on my latest sedan and they were pretty quiet but these ComfotDrive's tires are 8 decibel lower when comparing a tires with 5-6,000 miles on them with my meter .I will see how they are in the snow this winter - they should be good because they have the deepest grooves/ tread of any all-season out there .I will update after this winter season.
A perfect tire
AthruZOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars review2/9/2024The Goodyear Assurance Comfortdrive tire is absolutely the best tire for quetness, smooth driving, and stability. IASs a former Nissan and Volkswagen dealer, I have a lot of experience with a variety of tires. From the moment you first drive with this set of tires you notice the low level of tire noise that is produced. I would estimate that it is 50% quieter than the Michelin tires I had. You also notice that the tires run very smooth down the road. There's a feeling of stability, especially at highway speeds. I realixe that in reading these consumer ratings there are some who are critical, however I believe that my objective evaluation here clearly points to these tires being superior in low noise, smooth operation, and stabilty.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST
HLSOriginally posted ongoodyear.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/17/2021These tires came on my 2017 Subaru Legacy new. I have 90,000 miles on the vehicle and I have to finally part ways with the tires. Yes, you read that correctly 90,000 miles. I am the worst customer a tire has ever seen, I don't rotate when I should, I hit curbs all the time, drive aggressively when I am in a hurry (I am in a hurry quite a bit.) and I have not had the car aligned to date. In the summer I drive in torrential thunder storms at least twice a week. All other cars including 4WD pickup trucks, Compact SUV's and full size SUV's are driving down the interstate at 25 miles per hour. I get to buzz along between 60 and 70 MPH in these conditions. I hydroplaned for the first time two weeks ago, time for a new set. They are a bit expensiv...
Best Darn tires I have ever owned! Period!
rgriffin98Originally posted ongoodyear.com - 2 out of 5 stars review8/8/2022This is the second set of Goodyear Assurance tires I have purchased for my 2009 Camry. They do offer a very comfortable quite ride, my big issue with these tires is they do not last no where near the 60k warranty the say it should. I purchase my last set on March of 2019, did hardly any driving during the pandemic and 33k miles later I need a new set of tires. Goodyear will not honor the 60k warranty unless you get an exact even wear on the tires, which I might add, I don't think any vehicle will give you an exact even wear on tires. I rotated the tires every other oil changes, every 6k and still I did not get anything close to 60k on them.
These tires do offer a nice comfortable ride but..
