Sam's satisfaction is only for 30 days on these things and DeLonghi warranty is 1 year. The DeLonghi I purchased 2 years ago (no longer sold here) appears to have leaked the refrigerant out and DeLonghi told me to hold the phone up to the unit so they can listen to it. That's unacceptable.

Bought this about 2 weeks ago ! My Old Polar fan bearing went out it over 10 years old , decided to buy a new DeLonghi PACEEX390LN Air Conditioner ! Love it ! Love that It cut off when it get to set temperature ! and love you don't have to empty water out every few hours, it get rid of the water itself as long you not in a real humid area ! Like it easy to operate the unit and like it Looks as well ! Very please with it Ice Cold in my bedroom !!

I purchased my first one last year for the living room and loved it, so I just purchased a 2nd one for my bedroom, let me tell you, it's just like having AC again ❤️ I've had one of them going when it was 100+ outside and it kept my living room comfortable. For reference my home is only 700 square feet so my review is based on a small home with low ceilings.

Need to use screws to affix the. outside hose… it will not stick in place … took a few hours to get the install..it right by a professional…..the hot air is a menace if not directly output to the outside… the brackets they provide dont completely seal to blow the air outside completely

The unit arrived with one of the caster wheels broken. Rather than deal with Sam's on getting a replacement or returning the unit, I purchased a replacement from the local hardware store. My biggest problem is the unit claims to "Cool Up to 700 sq ft). I have the unit in an area that measures less than 500sq ft and with running it full time at the lowest setting (64 deg) the unit still can not cool the room. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!

I really hope this is a defective unit that I am returning, because if it's functioning as designed it is not efficient by any stretch of the imagination! I receive my bills electronically which is good because I was sitting down when I recently clicked on the link and I saw how much my electricity bill had climbed after purchasing this unit for supplemental cooling to assistance during a heatwave. I'm frugal and I have replaced every light in my home was an LED, I have a gas stove and a gas dryer, and I open windows on nice days because I live by the sea. My electricity bill is usually only around 70 to 75 dollars, but now I have a bill for $511.27, and the technician said it's accurate and due to that DeLonghi unit, which appears to be malfunctioning even though it's blowing cold.
