Member's Mark 6-Shelf Storage Rack

Impossible to put together and poor quality

Bought 2 weeks ago, could not assemble, not even with help. had to return.

I bought 2 times because it is easy to ensamble. I love the color and also a good price

I put it together in 30 minutes and screwed it to the wall.

Works great for the price.

The ledge to stack these shelves 6 high is impossible to put together. I ended up with stacking them side by side.

need 2 or 3 people to put together.

If you have a welder and are extremely handy you can make this work.  Otherwise I would look elsewhere.

If you have purchased Sam's Club gray shelves in the past, these are not the same.  I have purchased several of the previously sold shelves for business and personal use.  These shelves have thinner verticals and much thinner shelf brackets.  The brackets are so thin that two verticals can rotate almost 90 degrees from each other.  The plastic shelves are also thinner which causes there to be a raised lip around the shelf because it is not thick enough to reach the top of the brackets.  Getting the tabs on the brackets to seat in the holes on the verticals is about a 75% success rate.  If Sam's Club was looking for a cheap knock off of their previous shelving unit, they succeeded.

I bought 2 of these racks for my basement storage area to hold large totes. It is a 2 person assembly job because the rails don’t stay in place while you are putting things together. That being said, the rack is very sturdy and stable after the shelves are placed. Each shelf holds a lot of weight and the rack doesn’t sway at all once assembled.
