Used to be a great shelf, I have 3 old ones. Now it is a piece of junk. Just wasted 3 hrs trying to assemble it, does not line up, I can bend posts with one hand !! Now, I will waste another hr to take it back..

Recently purchased this unit; having bought six others in past few years. This one now has steel “vertical” thickness of .050; where all previous units steel was .081 thickness. There’s too much “flex”; not as sturdy. Would not buy this again!

Thin metal bends easy! The pins will not lock in the holes and rails come loose way to easy. Will be returning these. They are half the price of other brands and 10 th of the quality

Flimsy, difficult to assemble, really blown away that the product team green-lit this for production. If Sam’s Club thinks this is ok, what other garbage do they sell?

This product is very difficult to put together....especially by yourself. The shelves are thin and not suitable for heavy garage items. I am returning this product.

These shelves are the worst. Flimsy. Top section is near impossible to get set on the bottom section. I had purchased these thinking they were the sturdy 5-shelf design I had gotten a year ago. I was wrong. I am returning all four.

My husband and I spent an hour trying to put this together. It ended with us both frustrated angry, and vowing to return it. The wire rack shelves are a far better deal as my husband has assembled these solo in 20 minutes.

This shelf is hard to assemble and limiting. The ppst kept popping up and put. It takes 2 people really. One can do it but it takes longer. I will keep but dont recommend

I don't know why people are having issues putting the unit together, I did it in 20 minutes by myself with ease. Very strong, sturdy and great value! I wish I bought more as they were sold out a week later.

Item is great. Ordered 2, assembled 1. Easy install, looks sturdy. Had little hiccup installing the extension bars. But once all 4 side were secured, it stood tall and sturdy. 1 came damaged during shipping talking to Sams to see what can be done.
