Not happy with these new pillows. I’ve been waking up with stiff neck and pain for two weeks now. Need to return.

After using these pillows for several months, they are flat and hard as a rock. I will never purchase them again.

We've had these less than a week, they're already going flat. One has a rip up the entire side. They're absolute junk. Dont waste your money.

King pillows fell apart at seam after 2 months. Pillows still look new bur polyfil visible. I would not recommend this item.

Hard, no give. Made my neck and ears hurt as I am a side sleeper. Not the same as the Bellagio at Home which is no longer sold.

These aren’t the same good ones as they used to be. They are extra fluffy at first, that it’s hard to put a pillow case on, and then, after a few months they become a pancake. Horrible!

The Hotel Luxury Reserve Collection had a smooth soft cover.These Hotel Premier Collection have a rough cover that can be felt through a pillow case.Dont know why the changes were made to a previously great pillow.
