The pillows are much too soft and lose their shape after the first week. I’m usually satisfied with purchases made from Sam’s but this was a horrible waste of money!!!

Terribly flat and lumpy. I’ve bought these in the past and they used to be firm. This product has changed and is not good anymore. I will not purchase again.

One of the least favorite pillows I ever slept on. I cannot believe they would call these hotel quality. Maybe for the Super 8 or Howard Johnson. We returned them.

These flatten to a pancake in two weeks. I thought maybe the first set was bad. I've bought pillows from Sam's club before and they were fantastic. Not these. Even the 2nd set did the same thing.

In search of a new pillow I bought this couple weeks ago since it have a really good review. But, it come to very disappointed! One of the pillow went flat after a week.

The seam on one of the pillows ripped within the first few days of having it. So I’m not sure they are the greatest quality but they are comfortable.

I tried these pillows several years ago when it was just "Hotel Collection" -- back then, the pillows came with a gusseted, zipper quilted-fabric cover. The current "Hotel Premier Collection" pillows do not come with a zippered cover. The pillows are still gusseted. I'm writing this review before I've actually slept on the new pillows, but letting you know you might want to double-cover these ones -- or launder your old zippered covers and use them on the new pillows.
