These pillows seemed nice when we got them and I thought we had gotten a deal...within 3 months both pillows are flat as pancakes and need replacement. Do yourself a favor and find another pillow.

I bought it at the store and both pillows were stored very tight in plastic. There wasn't a display pillow. I slept on it one night and my neck hurt. Too fluffy and overstuffed for me.

I bought several of these years ago but the quality has changed. I used these for one week and they are flat now. Terrible quality, dont waste your money!

Not premier. Not hotel quality. Cheap super lightweight pillows that go flat after first night. In no way in the same ballpark of quality as the Bellagio Hotel 2-pack Sam's used to carry.

Members Mark Hotel Premier pillow disappointed me. Within 30 days of use pillow has become misshapen and will not fluff back to original shape. Please see attached photo

I bought this about a month ago and it is already flatting and offers absolutely NO support. The only thing that it's good for is stuffing shams.... Will be returning TODAY!!!!

When my Daughter received the pillows, 1 of the pillows was busted open at one end and the fiber filling was spilling out. They were not expensive enough to send back.

Sam's used to offer Hotel Luxury Reserve Collection pillows. They were great. I thought these were the same, but not the quality at all. Disappointed.

This is not a firm pillow, it's all air and its by far the fastest ive ever had a pillow go flat as it is barely filled. The stitching is also very sloppy and many strings are just hanging out.

I bought these several times in my life, good quality, good price. Now they used a "LIKE" down filling. After a month these broke down and had to toss them out.
