The pillow does not hold its shape. It is difficult to reform while making my bed in the morning. It sort of looks like a bow tie.

So, I like my pillows firm. This product is the first in a long time to fill that advertised claim. Very happy.

The only reason I didn't rate them 5 is because they're a little bit too firm but that's personal preference.

The King size pillows come medium firm stuffed evenly and are very comfortable, supporting deep sleep lying on my side and back.
