The recent reviews are accurate. I bought them because the ratings were so high, but before the more recent less positive reviews were being posted. These flatten out after a month or two. Initially, they were wonderful for my chronic and sometimes severe neck pain. Now they are just flat and no longer supportive.

These are definitely great pillows, but for the price you will have to buy them again within a year. This is the second time I buy them. I have tried buying very expensive pillows several times thinking you pay for what you buy, but the pillows were not comfortable at all. We woke up with stiff necks and lower back pain. Then, I tried these last year and we love them, but now time for new ones.

I’ve been buying these pillows for years. They’ve always held up nicely and been firm. Well, they are no longer like that. Now extremely soft, like half the amount of filling as before. No longer supportive. If you like very soft, unsupportive pillows, then these are for you.

We used to buy these pillows twice a year max. Loved them started off very firm and softened to the perfect shape for amazing sleep. Now they are thin cheap lumpy within a month! My neck and shoulders hurt so badly. Change it back. We will not ever buy these again unless you change it back.

I’ve always been a side sleeper, but after upgrading to a new mattress (Serta Sleep 2 Go memory foam from Sam’s) and now this pillow (I took one and my husband took one) I get so comfortable just sleeping on my back that I don’t have any issues. Game changer. Get the pillows!!

These pillows are not good for daily use they are horrible. Within less the 2 months of purchase they were flat as a pancake. No more fluff at all. They are ok to use in a guest bed room that gets very limited use. Very disappointed with this purchase. I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought a few sets of these pillows in various sizes and for the first few uses they were okay. A few uses in, they were already flat despite efforts to keep fluffing them. After a couple of weeks, they formed these lumps in them that are super uncomfortable. I tried to get them out but they're stuck like that permanently. One side is flat and the other has this huge bulging lump that makes you fall downhill while you're trying to sleep. Will not ever buy more of these.
