Not worth it even at this price due to how quickly the pillows deflate. I have only had them a few months and there is a very obvious difference between the front and back pillows (I bought 4 total) and the front one my head actually rests on is pretty much trash now it’s so flattened. Genuinely not even worth the $13 price tag, you’ll just be buying new ones in 2 months.

We have used these for years in our short term rental; however our last purchase was disappointing. Quality has declined. The fill did not hold its shape and was lumpy after just one rental (never had a problem before) and they removed the embroidery stitching. The shipping took a long time as well.

I have purchased Sam’s pillows for over 10 years now and the most recent purchase is not good. I purchased 4 new pillows and they have changed their product. The pillows are now too soft. All the people complaining they were too firm, well go buy the new versions bc they are now too soft. I threw all 4 away and will no longer purchase my pillows from Sam’s! Sucks bc this was the last place for decent firm pillows at a great price and I would know bc I have 18 of them throughout my home.

With Member's Mark brand, I was definitely expecting more from these pillows. They appear to be big and full, but the minute you lay your head on them, there's absolutely no support. My husband and I both share this opinion and wake up in the middle of the night practically smothered by these pillows the way you just sink in around them. We're clearly the odd man on this one but would not recommend, nor would we buy again.

Mediocre. Does not provide good support. Best used for decorative shams.

Every year I purchase a new set. Until this year, I’ve never had a problem. However, when I feel the the new ones compared to the old ones, you can tell that quality has diminished. My husband, and I are very disappointed

These pillows were my go to pillows! I ordered them off line this time because the were out of stock in store and they come rolled and DON'T fluff up!! HORRIBLE QUALITY!!

These used to be my go to pillow but something had changed. They no longer have any firmness and my head sinks down to the mattress. I have to readjust it constantly which interrupts my sleep. Very disappointed by the change.

I previously purchased these 8 years ago and they are still holding up well- hold up great in the washing machine and fluff up in the dryer. The newer version went flat after a few months and didn’t fluff up after washing and drying.

This is not a firm pillow, it's all air and its by far the fastest ive ever had a pillow go flat as it is barely filled. The stitching is also very sloppy and many strings are just hanging out.
