I bought these pillows after I stayed at an Air BnB where the pillows were so comfortable, I had to look to see what brand they were. Thinking they would be some expensive brand, I was surprised when I saw they were Members Mark. Since I am a Sams member, I immediately went online while still on vacation and ordered the pillows. They arrived right after I returned home, and I am loving them!

I've bought the standard in this brand several times and they are better than most. Went to buy more and they don't make the standard any more, just Queen and King. The king was too large for my size bed, so took it back and bought the Queen size pillow.

This is the 4th set of pillows that I've bought. Some were too firm, some too soft. But these are JUST RIGHT! They support my head while sleeping, don't bunch up, but are soft enough to feel luxurious. You can tell they are quality. These are a keeper!

I bought them around the first of the month and used them the very same night they came. They are the best pillows I had in years. I slept like a baby. I just hope they don’t get flat too quickly.I like a lot of pillows on my bed so I bought four of them and so far I am enjoying them.

Just great pillows. I have bought many pillows over the years I liked down filled but they only lasted a couple of years. I tried the memory jell ones but they were to hard. These are just right, it's the "Three Bears" story for pillows. Please read all reviews to make up your own mind, I only have had these for two weeks

I bought my pillows about a month ago and am so happy with my choice. For years I've been buying pillows with no luck finding ones that didn't cause neck and headaches. My Hotel Premiere Collection pillows hold their shape all night. So I'm able to get a much better nights rest with no neck or head aches.

Husband needs new pillows all the time. They always go flat or lumpy. I use goose down pillows which lasted me over ten years and still going. He doesn’t like my type of pillows. Says give him allergies and not enough support for his shoulders. These were a good deal compared to the “C” warehouse store. We have bought many from that warehouse store and they never last! These have a 500 count cotton cover, with embroidery pillow name on them and has worked for him so far. They have good support. Don’t know how long they will last. Have used them only for a few weeks. I even tried one out, but too high for me. Would make my neck ache. Good pillows for people that need more height in their pillows. Delivery came fast too. Good job Sam’s Club!

I bought these to replace the stack of pillows that have lost their loftiness. The reviews and guarantee made me give these a try. They are nice looking pillows, bouncing back into shape whenever they're not in use. They are nothing like pillows I've slept on in hotels. The issue I have is the thickness when in use. The pillows compress a lot and you're left with maybe 20% of the pillow thickness supporting your head. Whatever the % may be, it's not enough to comfortably support my head. My pillow made of chunks of memory foam is much more comfortable and was close to the same price.

I own & operate a Short Term Rental Property listed on 3 platforms. I recently upgraded my unit adding sleeping options & needed king sized pillows. I'm frugal, but have to provide excellent quality products for my guests. I research a lot before purchasing anything & these pillows were the best choice for my budget & quality requirement. I gave it 4 stars because all of my current pillows are bamboo & have a washable, zippered pillow protector that is removed after each guest use for easy cleaning. I had to purchase separate pillow protectors which caused the purchase to not be as frugal as I wanted. As my pillows need to be replaced, I will purchase these pillows in standard sizes & simply use my current washable, zippered bamboo covers. I have been using the pillows for 1 month. So far the shape/fullness have remained the same. Pillows have some weight to them, they are not feather light. The king pillow cases I have just fit, which I consider a plus. Comfortable for back or side sleepers.
