I have never had a bad experience with these pillows. However, this last purchase of pillows was horrible. They seams came apart, the filling came out, and the ones that didn't have that issue clumped up. This was all within a few months time.

I have bought these in the past and i liked them but the last ones i bought are not of the same quality but just as expensive. They lose their shape real fast and are flat.

These where the best pillows before members mark started making them. They where way better when they where the original brand Hotel Luxury Collection ! They are now the worst pillows ever!!!! I hate them!

I have stayed in over 100 hotels. This is definitely not a hotel pillow. Its almost useless unless you sleep on your side.. or you like sleeping with your neck bent at a 60 degree angle.

The Hotel Luxury Reserve Collection had a smooth soft cover.These Hotel Premier Collection have a rough cover that can be felt through a pillow case.Dont know why the changes were made to a previously great pillow.

These were my go to pillows for years. I recently ordered 2 sets and 3/4 pillows were flat. One had the amount of stuffing equal to previous orders. Will be looking elsewhere - encourage you to do the same.

I read all the reviews before purchasing these pillows. I don't understand what all the hype was about. These are the worst pillows I've ever slept on. They were flat in less than a week. I do not recommend this product at all.

I have bought these pillows for years and they were great. Last ones I bought went flat very quickly. I washed them to refluff them like I always have before, one doubles in heighth and the other went flat can’t use either one. Very disappointed

These used to be great and last for years. But I've been 3 sets in the last 2 years. These are not as good of quality as they were 4 to 5 years ago. They go flat fast. Cannot recommend them anymore. They are like Walmart pillows. Such a shame.

Just bought one pack in store. The quality is definitely worse than the one I bought before pandemic. The corner of one pillow doesn't have enough inserts. Sewing is rough. The only thing increased comparing to 2 years ago is price. LOL
