The pillows are great but the staff didn’t pay attention and gave me one king and one queen when I ordered and paid for king. I could not find the recipe and had to just eat the cost. Only bad thing is they can’t be washed or they will destroy

Although these pillows are huge and fluffy initially, they do bunch up and flatten out within a few days. I bought the king size pillows and they are big. They would do well in a guest room where they are not used everyday.

I've bought this brand of pillows for years and they were always comfortable and a great price. Bought a new set in June and trashed them today. They offer no support and have turned into a lumpy mess.

I washed them before using them. As you can see from pix they are already literally ripping at the seams. I wouldn't purchase these or recommend again.

I use to love these pillows but the last package I bought weren't the same, flimsy and not filled, I got to looking and they changed the filling to polyester, they're horrible ! Only used 1 other will stay in bag, Sam's Club I'm not a happy customer stop being cheap.

I have bought them for years. Seems this time they changed how they are made. I think in the past I have gotten about a year and a half out these pillows. Held their fluff well so we kept buying them. This time when we bought them in May or June of 2023 they were going flat in about 6 months. Just thought about now as we were washing sheets and putting bed back together. Not so pleased with the quality this time. Not sure if I will buy again.

If you already have neck problems, do not purchase these pillows. When you first lay on them, your head does sink in, but then the pillow fluffs up in the night causing your neck to be at a weird angle. I had to return them because my neck would hurt the very next morning.
