They are pretty firm.  I put them in the guest bedroom!

Very Firm and holds its shape.  We use these to prop up a little in bed or as body pillows.

Not to soft but just right.

I've bought these pillows for years, but this time there is a noticeable change in quality. After just a few nights the filling is already lumpy. Also, when I washed the bedding and took the pillow out of the pillowcase all the filling moved to one end when I pulled the pillow out of the case. The end of the pillow was just loose fabric with no filling.

Poor Quality

Members mark pillows but hotel luxury quality. The pillows are excellent quality. I'm sure they will last a long time,  they're so full and soft. Love them.
