This has the worst ice maker I've ever seen in a fridge. It takes forever to make ice. Then it clogs so often most of the little amount of ice it made has to be thrown away because it's stuck in the door. The rest of the fridge is okay, but honestly it's overpriced garbage. I'd buy any other brand you were looking at. Samsung has no idea how to make ice. It's actually so bad they should pay you to take this fridge off their hands. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star

I think Samsung is very good . I know it’s two door design. Nit favorites fir most people. But fir the price it’s great!!

1stt, the ice maker has no drip tray. the water spout drips . 2nd, the ice maker does not have a light. when i get a drink in the night, i can’t see the ice maker. i have to turn on the kitchen light to see. it wakes me up completely and when i return to bed, i can't go back to sleep. also, the ice maker takes 6 hours to make ice. i have to keep trays in the freezer which defeats the purpose of having an ice maker. the water spout is too far out and water runs down the side of the glass when dispensing. 3rd, the shelves are not movable. there is not enough space between shelves for a gallon of milk. the shelves cannot hold tall containers. i know the door has gallon shelves, but my past experience shows that, overloading the door with weight causes the hinge to fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the nicest fridge I've ever owned. I absolutely love the black stainless steel, and it is amazing at resisting finger prints. There is so much space inside for anything and everything you could possibly need/want. Recessed door handles add to the sleek look and are still accessible for my 3 year old. Love how the light is set flat on the top and still lights the entire fridge/freezer very nicely. All the shelves and drawers are easy to remove for cleaning, and are very well made. Also super excited that the water filter is easy access to replace when necessary. Love that the ice maker is easily removed if you want to make lots of extra ice. Overall this fridge has loads of great features and I can't wait to upgrade the rest of our kitchen appliances to match. Get this fridge and you won't be disappointed.

It doesn't have Wi-Fi, it doesn't have special storage bins, no exterior screen, just 3 simple indicator lights and cheap buttons. It doesn't even have a night light on the ice/water dispenser. For the price of this refrigerator I suggest look for other brands or search a HUGE discount or offer if you're gonna buy it. If you can't FULLY open your doors (180 degrees) you wont be able to fully open your storage drawers, so be mindful on your kitchen space.

i chose this fridge due to the space it held. i like the layout & space. having the ice maker built into the door saves space in the freezer. when i store milk gallons on the bottom shelf along the back wall, they will freeze. we chose the black stainless steel after having a hard time finding a plain black fridge. the black stainless steel is very pretty but sensitive. it definitely does show fingerprints, watermarks, etc & also scratches easily. we have only had it a little over two months and it already shows scuffs on the doors & we have no idea where they came from. it is a fragile finish & the scuffs show quite a bit on this surface. i like the space of the fridge, but if you are concerned about scuffs & external durability, definitely choose a different type of finish.

i really fell in love with the look of this fridge. clean sleek and handle free. inside is roomy and everything is visible. shelves are stationary but no need to move them. the only thing they totally missed is putting a light in the water/ice maker. black fridge hard to see water level in the glass without a light. i really miss having a light. tech specs even say “dispenser light-yes”. nope! no light!

if you have a family and everyine loves ice stay away!!! we are a large family and once 2 or 3 of us get ice everyone else is out of luck. it does not produce a lot of ice and the bucket for the ice is very small. we are always buying bags of ice and leaving them in the freezer. we have had it for mess then 2 years and already had to have samsung come out and fix the ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with my Samsung27.4 cu. ft. Large Capacity Side-by-Side Refrigerator in Stainless Steel. It has a large capacity with plenty of storage. I love that it has several safety features such as being able to lock the water and ice dispenser, being able to turn the water and ice machine off and an alarm going off when the door is open 2 minutes. The temperature is easy to adjust and I love that you can see what temperature you fridge and freezer are set at. This is a high quality refrigerator and you can tell a lot of thought went into designing it! I couldn't be happier!

bought at the height of the pandemic when my ge fridge died. things i like: the looks, the color and how quiet it is. things i don't like: black "stainless" looks awesome but is beginning to flake off, ice maker is impossible to use without having ice everywhere, no light on door, shelves are not adjustable, and recently noticed that the doors get rather warm on the outside which affects the ice maker by melting refreezing and then getting jammed
