Stop work after my warranty ended sucks.
This samsung refrigerator only last like 5 plus years once my warranty ended so did the cooling system. it stop working come on samsung make better parts for your refrigerator.

ICE MAKER SUCKS- ICE MAKER SUCKS!
Bought in October great size plenty of space for a FAMILY of SEVEN GROCERIES BUT the ICE MAKER is the FAULT of ONE-STAR REVIEW. THE ICE MAKER IS GARBAGE !! EXPECT A FULL THREE DAYS TO FILL UP AGAIN. WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS ICE MAKER DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN THEIR POSITION AT SAMSUNG. GO BACK TO SCHOOL. MY GRANDMAS 1970 fridge would make more ice. IT"S 2025 STEP IT UP. Nothing on your response to solve or fix works. So don't try to respond with a come back like the other reviews Samsung. Some people live in 90 to 100 degree Summers I can already see this is gonna be a HUGE PROBLEM. Expect a warranty return SOON all because of the ice maker.

Do Not Buy
I have had this refrigerator about 15 months. Unfortunately, as time passes, I find more and more about this frig that are crap. In addition to the ice maker being the worst ever, my food on the lower shelves freezes, even when the temp is set at 40 degrees. My wife also noted that one of the door bins is now cracked. I looked on-line and they are around $70, if you can find one at all. I replaced my last frig after about 17 years. This one may be gone before two years.

Note: This model DOES NOT support Smarthings despite it being listed as a feature of this model (rs27t5200sr-aa) on this very webpage. I recently purchased this device and after contacting support about how to connect Smartthings have been told it's not supported. I'm very disappointed having purchased this model based upon this misleading information.

Ice dispenser sucks
This refrigerator doesn't dispense good ice cubes and crushed ice. Its a pain switching from cube setting to crushed ice. I bought it and highly regret the purchase. They gave me a fridge with a missing shelf of the freezer door. Highly recommend not buying.

Ice Maker Is Horrible
This refrigerator came with our house when we bought it, I would have not picked this one out. The refrigerator part is fine, but the ice maker is absolutely horrible. It does not hold much ice, it is always clogging and when you pull the ice bin out to clean out the clog, ice goes everywhere. We have to buy bags of ice from where the bin is so small and it takes a long time for it to make fresh ice. I would not buy this product.

Icemaker functionality is poor
The functionality of the icemaker is poor. Without warning, the ice "clogs" in the chute and ice will not dispense until one removes the ice bin, empties it and clears any clogged ice [or uses a hair dryer or hot water to clear accumulated frost or small pieces of ice]. Though the other features of the refrigerator are acceptable, this negative aspect is frustrating and time consuming to the consumer. This has not been a one-time problem for us -- it has happened many times during our time of ownership.
