Elderflower is one of my favorite flavors, so saying I like St. Germain is a understatement--I LOVE IT. I put St. Germain in everything from a glass of champagne, my Aperol Spritzes, even to Sangria. It adds the freshest floral note to every beverage and is a true summer drink of choice in our household.

I love adding a drop or two into my Prosecco or champagne, as it adds a little something extra. However, be aware that a little goes along way! Also, this is a sticky sugary liquid so make sure the cap and top are clean before screwing it on. If it does get stuck, just run the top under hot water for 30 seconds, and that should loosen it so you can open the bottle

St. Germain is great because it's so versatile. It's not a disgustingly sweet liqueur like a lot of products, it balances out a cocktail very well whether it's one of 6 ingredients or you're just adding a splash to a vodka soda. It's lively and springy!

OMG Is this St Germain Liqueur divine. Are use it in an elderflower gin spreads but it also combine it with some confectioners sugar in a drizzle it over my scones and my sugar cookies. And now since I'm planting strawberries I'm going to toss my strawberries with this St Germain Liqueur  and spoon it over some strawberry shortcake her ice cream and watch everybody's eyes pop as a taster oh so good flavour of the St Germain Liqueur 

I love, love, love the bottle! Its a beautiful, light tasting, flowery alcohol. I love using it to make a tasty cocktail or even mixed with seltzer to make a wonderful light drink. The aroma itself is lovely. I have recently bought a cheaper elderflower liquor and I will update about if its worth it to splurge

This liqueur is super sweet, but the flavor is so unique and complex. I recommend pairing with the following: dry white wine/champagne, soda water, or citrus such as lemon or grapefruit. Also pairs well with other liquors such as vodka, gin or campari. It's extremely refreshing in the summer!

One of the greatest liqueurs I've tried! I first discovered elderflower flavoring in England and was super impressed when I tried this back in the United States years later. While on the expensive side, not a lot is needed to pack an ornate punch of floral, peach, sweet, sophisticated flavoring in any cocktail. I haven't compared St. Germain to any other elderflower liqueurs, but I'm not sure if I would with how much I love this.

I personally love a cocktail with St. Germain. It has a nice sweet floral taste to sweeten up your drink just a bit without being too overwhelming or syrupy. The flavor is just sweet enough and adds a little extra something to a cocktail. Tastes good enough to drink straight if you absolutely wanted to. Great in a nice gin cocktail.

I thought I was going to love st Germain, as I really enjoy a Hugo spritz (elderflower cocktail popular in German/Italian Alps). St. Germain is just a little too floral for me, and lacks some of the sweetness needed for a perfect hugo. It's still an interesting flavor, but I'll stick to buying elderflower syrup for my cocktails

This is my summer/spring wind down & chill out go-to. I call it the Unika-tini. I love mixing this up with just about anything really… with a shrimp boil, with a toasted sub, with pasta. St Germain infused with my other added ingredients is a hit every time. Unika B. & Co.
