I love this, especially in a gin and tonic or in a sparkling wine cocktail.  It's very sweet and syrupy.  If you don't think you'll go through it quickly, don't buy the 750mL bottle.  It's not incredibly high in alcohol content and I don't think it contains added preservatives.  It will darken in color and the flavor will change over time.  Better to buy a smaller bottle more frequently.     

If you aren’t using this soft, sweet, elderflower liquor you definitely need to be! St. Germain is a subtle indulgence which will give your hot toddy’s new life. Add it to the traditional bourbon, honey, lemon, and tea combo and enjoy the flowery notes it carries into your nose and mouth. Plus the bottle is super cool.

What a lovely elderflower liquor. Weather you add it to a gin and tonic or make a St.. Germain spritzer it is lovely. It is light and refreshing. It reminds me of sitting on a porch in the summer. I think St.. Germain is an important liquor to have in your arsenal if you plan on making excellent cocktails.

Gorgeously light floral flavor with a sweetness that's just right for mixing or even drinking on its own. I love this with a bit of soda water. I wish it'd be more affordable, but I think St. Germain's worth the price. You betcha I'll be back and buying more.

I love The versatility of this liqueur. I use it in champagne and Prosecco, as well as in other cocktails like grapefruit vodka for a unique finish. It has a sweetness, but not overly so, if you don't add to much. I've never tried it alone or on the rocks, but maybe I will. I give it as gifts for its elegance and versatility, with Prosecco. I love the whole French vibe, and I've sat in French cafés sipping it with champagne and seltzer or soda on a hot day, delicious!

Pairs incredibly with Tito’s I’m a French pair martini. It’s flavor is really unique and floral-like. I wouldn’t pick st. Germain but also thrilled I tried it in this particular beverage because it is delicious. Very dangerous because it’s so easy to consume.

I never really knew about this liqueur until I ordered a cocktail from a restaurant. It was so good that I had to get it. Now it is a staple in my home. It pairs perfectly with vodka seltzer. The drink I had at the restaurant and loved is called St Germain cocktail. It is this mixed with club soda, champagne, and lemon. It’s very refreshing! Not too sweet, just a hint!

My absolute favorite liqueur on the market. Honestly, I feel like this is fine on the rocks. It's lovely in just about any cocktail or on its own. Very smooth, not too sweet, and a delicious floral taste. I highly suggest everyone trying this at least once.

I wish I could give this 10 stars. I had a french martini at a restaurant a few years back and it was so delicious I asked how they made it and this was one of the ingredients. We always get this to add to champagne for special occasions, its a great gift to give for someone who has a bar and enjoys having interesting things in their stock!

We love making champagne (or cava or Prosecco) cocktails at our house and this is a must have. It’s very sweet, floral and viscous but adds just enough depth of flavor to cocktails to make it a great alternative to other sweetness. I also LOVE the bottle design.
