Great Rice

This rice does not get completely cooked. I keep adding more liquid and more time and the rice is still "al dente", as my husband called it I have never had a problem cooking rice before. I bought the 25 lb. bag and kept thinking that I was doing something wrong. Finally throwing in the towel and will be dumping the rest of this bag, and won't be buying this brand again. Also, Jasmine rice has a very distinctive fragrance that is missing from this rice. I have been making rice all my life, and I'm a senior citizen now, so I don't believe that there is anything that I can do to fix this.

Good Quality

We have used this rice for years and never had an issue. The last bag I just bought I noticed a funny taste after cooking, I cooked another batch the next day and same thing. The rice smells musty and old and it tastes exactly the same way it smells. I am very disappointed in this change in quality. Will not be purchasing again.
