sticky even cook with less water

I never get rice that melts, but my recent purchase was a weird one.

Unfortunately had grain mites it tastes really good but last two I have purchased had grain mites

Smell bad I want to return it

I put a few months ago I'm happy finding it here for 7 dollars lesser

I couldn’t purchase the quantities that I needed

Recently bought 1 50 lb. In march and 2 25lb in April and they all had a chemical smell to it. It didn't have that smell before that's for sure
