Cheap

My daughter got this for Christmas, ripped the door under the sink clean off. Which didn't take much effort. It's so cute...wish it was designed better.

5 Hours to put together! Horrible Christmas Gift

This is a beautiful set. However it took forever to put it together, the directions weren't very clear and is not the best idea for Christmas gift. Give yourself time and alcohol to get it together

cute but broken in a day

This kitchen is super cute but the door under the sink hits on another piece and won't open easily my daughter managed to rip it off trying to open it

Realistic sounds!

I gave this kitchen to my grandchildren for Christmas (4-yr old and 3-yr old). They love it! Realistic sounds and lots of activities to do. Their Dad hasn't disowned me, so I think it was pretty reasonable to assemble.

Broke after 24 hours

I absolutely love the way this looks but wish it was more durable. A door broke off after only 24 hours. I wish I would have listen to the previous reviews about bad quality.

NO REPLACEMENT PARTS!

The kitchen is cute and comes together well enough I guess for the price. Don't let your kids break it in any way though or the actual manufacturer does not respond and will not replace the part. I will no longer products with the “Member,s Mark” logo that has “parts”

She Loves It

I bought this for my granddaughter, she saw it and instantly wanted it. I told her she had to wait for Santa. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad I bought it!!! My husband and son put it together, the app BiLT helped them a lot with step by step instructions. She's been slamming the doors, and no problems. I think it's a good buy for this 3 year old. And she loves the ice maker LOL.

Cute, Heavy, Crap Instructions

Got it on Black Friday for our daughter and she loves it. The ice maker drops fake ice cubes, stove top lights up when a pot/ pan is on it, sink makes water rushing sounds, overall quality is 4/5, being that some of the parts don't exactly line up. It's sturdy and heavy. 2 adults took about 5 hours. THE INSTRUCTIONS SUCK. That's the biggest drawback. Good entertainment for a 2 year old girl.

Don't Buy This Product!!!

It is heavy as lead, and very difficult to move the box. If it ever fell on a child, they would be crushed. It will be extremely difficult to move if it ever gets assembled. The instructions are horrible. The buyer that purchased this item for Sam's Club should be fired!

Hi Johnny Red, we are sorry for the issues that you have.Firstly, the item is not supposed to be left unattended. For the instruction manual, if hardcopy is too difficult, we do have a 3D version available at the BILT app. You can follow with the 3D instruction for assembly easily.
