From our own experience, we think we really need to speak out and request a recall of his product, because we don't want to see any more kids being hurt. This product is not made for kids safety. Obviously, there is no any baby safety concerned in manufacturing this product. All the wood pieces are dangerous with sharp corners, no trim finishing. As a toy for 2-5 years old kids, all the corners on wood pieces are extremely sharp and hard! The tragedy happened to my two year old daughter. She fell down and hit on the corner on her forehead, which caused huge bleeding. We were scared and sent her to ER. It was a deep cut on her forehead. ER doctor did two layers of stitches, two stitches under deep skin, and four stitches on the surface of skin. Now my daughter is recovered, but left a PERMANENT SCAR MARK. I have all the photos showing the sharp corner all over this product (no trim finishing which is unusual for a toy product), as well as the ER medical doctor records. I am requesting the recall of this product! We don't want to see more kids hurt by this product!

Used the BILT app and it took me a little over 2 hours to assemble my myself I would have hated it if I wasn't using a drill! My son loves the ice cube feature. I'm a little disappointed the burners don't screw down - my son keeps taking them out and chucking them across the room!

We bought this for Christmas. We have a 3 yr old and 1.5 yr old. The have successfully ripped off multiple of the doors and made dents in the wood already. I thought this was a great alternative to the 120 dollar one I almost kept but it wasn't. I regret not keeping the more expensive one.

I was so excited for this kitchen set. It's pretty. It had all the bells and whistles. I knew my girls would love it. It took me 6 hours to put together, and it broke on Christmas day. The first problem that happened was from a design flaw with the toaster. Christmas morning one of the pieces of toast fell inside and we couldn't get it out. I was going to have to cut a hole in the back in order to get that and anything else that fell in there in the future. Then Christmas night, my 13 month old was playing with it and ripped a door right off. Not from me putting it together wrong. But she pulled it off and splintered the wood where the hinge had been. The "wood" is so weak that my 13 month old easily pulled a door through the wood. Two days later, some friends were over and another door broke off. The next day the handle on one of the pans fell off and was really sharp. Broken piece after broken piece. I'm honestly heart broken. We returned it. My toddler was so sweet about it, thank goodness. We got a cheap plastic one instead. If the wood splinters on the first day, what was going to break in a month? Or 6 months was it going to be standing still? So incredibly disappointed.

Thought this would be great. When it came, several of the over 50 pieces didn't line up right, resulting in the oven door being unable to open. Had to leave the screws a little loose so they could open doors due to alignment issues, and there are a few screws I had to take out entirely. Further, some pieces came chipped already—which turned out not to matter too much because in less than 48 hours, a 3 year old had accidentally torn an entire cabinet door off because the cheap composite wood holding it couldn't withstand 2 days of use by a toddler. Put your money toward a higher quality kitchen because this is a $100 piece of garbage.
