When my pack of chicken says it weights 7.43 lbs but only produces a little over 6 lbs, what exactly are they weighing? Am I being charged for the Styrofoam container and soggy meat diaper? I make homemade meals for my dog so my purchase is based on how many pounds I need for their meals. Sam's Club... groceries are expensive and you're pulling this?

So I have gotten this chicken for years and the last 5x I have gotten it (from 3 different Sam’s) I have run into the same issue. The meet is weird, pale, stringy and completely inedible. I have returned it a couple times but now I’m just not going to purchase anymore because it really isn’t right. I wish I could upload a photo of what it looks like. Texture is like it went through a shredder. Color is almost like it’s already cooked and it’s hard and leathery. While the price is unbeatable… i just Don’t recommend.

I bough the boneless skinless chicken breasts and they were tough, stringy and flavorless. This product used to be the best you could find, but now it is like shoe leather. I bought it before because it was tender, juicy and flavorful when cooked on the grill and in other recipes that i made. Now it is so bad, it cant even be used in soups, stews or chicken chili. Awful product!

I wonder where Sam's is getting their chicken. Where is the quality control for either regular or organic chicken? I keep getting spaghetti meat. "Spaghetti meat" in chicken, a type of myopathy, is a muscle defect characterized by a stringy, mushy, and soft texture in the breast meat, resembling spaghetti. This condition, also known as spaghetti breast, is primarily seen in fast-growing broilers and is often linked to their rapid growth and development. Terrible!

I generally buy these chicken breasts every month. I've tried all the other brands, but I can't say any of them tasted any better or were more tender than the chicken breasts that Sam's sells. Low carb - high protein - low saturated fat - nothing added - good price What's not to like? I typically bake these & then shred them with a food processor.

I bought this chicken for a big recipe I was making. I needed 6.25 lbs chicken so I bought a 6.3 lb package this. When weighing the chicken to split recipe into two crock pots, I realized the chicken only weighed 5.8 lbs. I was overcharged AND didn't have enough chicken to make my recipe. Won't buy this again.
