My husband says, “mmm, good beer. Much taste.” He loves this beer. We pick it up often and keep it in the fridge. He prefers to drink it in a frosted glass rather than a can or a bottle. It’s excellent with tacos and served with a lime. The lime juice adds flavor for sure.

The finish is dry and refreshing, with a pleasant aftertaste of yeast and wheat. Overall: La Sol de Verano is an artisanal Otrigo beer that more than meets expectations. It is refreshing, aromatic and tasty, with a perfect balance between the different components. It is ideal to enjoy on a hot summer day, alone or accompanied by light and fresh dishes.

We usually drink the dark which is much more flavorful, but for those that like a lighter beer, you should definitely try this one.
