[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly MODELO especial is the go to. The flavor is rich and crisp. Once it's nice and cold is the perfect way to cool you off wirh the golden crisp flavor. Honestly I recommend any modelo products is a must to have wether is for after a hard day of work or a get together it's always enjoyable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a beer drinker and although I often prefer whites and wheats, sometimes nothing beats a classic lager! Modelo was light, refreshing, and was fantastic on its own or with a squeeze of lime. I think Modelo is perfect accompanying a backyard BBQ cheeseburger, right at home at a taco night, and is the perfect addition to a game watching party! Would definitely buy and enjoy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Modelo Especial it’s so refreshing and smooth. It was the perfect beer to drink while watching Mexico vs South Africa. What I like most is that it’s simple and reliable. Nothing fancy, just a good beer to enjoy while hanging out and watching a match with friends. If you’re looking for something refreshing for your next soccer game watch party, Modelo Especial is the perfect choice.

Good beer in a can

Very good

Really enjoyed this beer, it was sold to me as similar to corona but I actually preferred this one it had a nice smooth and crisp taste that went down well with my meal. Would definitely choose it again.

I love this beer it is very refreshing and has a great taste without an aftertaste. It doesn’t feel bitter like other beers. I love to enjoy it with friends and family. Perfect for family gatherings and having good times.

Coming from a background in craft brewing, I had previously dismissed Modelo Especial as one of "the usual suspects"...but it was through my sommelier training that I learned to open doors previously closed to food and people pairings. At a recent carne asada, or bbq event, in the Rio Grande Valley of southern Texas, someone gave me a 7oz Modelito served in a tall wine glass. It was delicious and refreshing with a slight bready flavor, as if I were tapping a barrel at the cervecería (brewery) myself. It also positively changed my perspective on the brand after I tasted a few more that day, including a sampling of the mysteriously dark Modelo Negra.
