After using this for a few months, I have a couple of feedbacks regarding this product. Hope the manufacturer will note this and make the imporvement: 1) The queen size does not take up the standard queen size sheets. It is a pain trying to put on the sheets and they come off easily 2) the air pump lid is poorly designed. It does not take the cords/wiires in conveniently. They came out very often 3) The design of having an elevated peripheral is a big mistake in terms of the sleeping comfort. Overall this matress has been very poorly designed.

Used four times, by one person and then it wouldn't hold air. The one year warranty was up 3 weeks ago, so can't return. We deflated it and folded it exactly how it was at purchase after each use and always stored it indoors in the storage bag. I would not recommend purchasing.

Purchase the Queen Dura air mattress on yesterday 01/25/2023 was so excited to give a try only to discover that the mattress doesn't hold air. It sleeps well but the air seems not to hold well at all will be returning it. Not sure if I'm putting enough air it or not but I do know when you lay down its like the air has escape.

Have used multiple times with same result: airbed does not hold air. Inflated to VERY FIRM to get the proper "stretch" in the material. Even after inflating fully and without anybody sitting on it all day, the bed lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of air. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Have used this mattress for guests several times, most recently 2 weeks ago when my inlaws declared it the most comfortable air mattress they'd ever slept on, and asked where they could purchase. So yesterday I inflated it again and set it up for my aunt, who was visiting. And I guess I jinxed myself because while I was setting it up, I actually thought what a great, easy-to-store option it has been for our guests since I purchased. At bedtime it felt a little soft, but I attributed that to the cool temperature in our basement, topped it off with air, and said goodnight. My aunt woke up on the floor this morning. So, somewhere in the span of 2 weeks, after being carefully rolled up and properly stored in its bag in our closet, it has developed a leak, though I can't find the source. I do feel this is a quality mattress, but air beds can be unpredictable. The problem with any air mattress is they either hold air or they don't. And if they don't, they are useless... I have submitted a warranty claim, and will see if/when Intex responds. I am currently unsure if I will replace or look for different, more reliable options.

I bought this as an extra bed for my 11 yo daughter and I to sleep on in our beach condo. We inflated it in the living room at night and deflated in the morning to put away. Honestly, It was amazing the first two nights! The pump was really quick, the headboard keeps your pillows from falling off the top and it was actually REALLY comfortable. The 3rd night I set it up and by the morning, we were laying on the ground. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that maybe I didn’t have the pump closed the whole way and air seeped out slowly overnight. I took the pump out and cleaned the gasket and opening, as per the instructions, and even inspected (visually) for damage, but the same thing happened the next two nights. It was quite miserable as I had to put more air in every 2-3 hours to get through the night. I haven’t thoroughly inspected it since I got home from the beach, but I plan to and most likely return it since it is defective. Would be a great mattress if it held the air.

This air mattress is terrible. Do not waste your money. The mattress felt like it was trying to roll me over. No matter how I laid on it, I felt like it made me feel unbalanced and couldn't help but roll to one side or the other. Once I rolled to that side, it made me feel like I needed to roll more, never feeling rested. I would have been better sleeping on a carpeted floor. My friend also bought the same mattress and had the same feeling.

Leaks returning

The bed I currently sleep on i not conducive to a good nights sleep and I'll be moving soon and want to get rid of it. So, when I saw this Intex queen with a headboard I was surprised and delighted and order one. I've used Intex products before and they're a good product. The rating is low because I won't be using it before I move, but I'm sure it will do for my purpose. I also like the fact that it has a built in headboard which was one of the main reasons I ordered it.
