Had it for 2 years now. Trampoline itself is great, the padding holds up well. The basketball goal and the other foam padding around are trash and lasted less than 6 months. Thank goodness it’s functional without it.

Started putting the trampoline together only to find it's missing half the springs. Company contact is only M-F 9-5 and here we sit on a Saturday. So much for my daughter getting to enjoy it for her birthday.

I bought this for my kids for Xmas and when me and hubby was putting it together we got to the mat part and there was a hole n the mat. How do I go about getting it replaced?

The trampoline is great but the padding retains water from when my sprinkler system is on. So every time we get in the trampoline, the water drains out of the padding and into the jump surface. It’s pretty inconvenient.

The trampoline is ok, but the net is a pain. You have to manually sew it to the frame, and the attachments at the top of the poles is not very secure. Within 4 months, wind tugging on the net has completely bent and broken the majority of the poles, so the net is falling onto the trampoline and I now have to spend another $100+ to replace the poles and net enclosure.

Absolute piece of garbage! Was up for not even a week and a 25mph wind gust took it down. Every piece of the trampoline is now bent and not usable. Our old trampoline was not affected, nor anything else in the yard. My old jump king trampoline had lasted 6 years and been through many storms and hasn't had an issue. Do not waste your hard earned money on this trash.

If you have built things before you should have no problem! Make sure you line up the holes correctly. You may need a hammer/piece of wood to get some of bottom post together. It’s a tight fit. Kids jumped on it right away and love it! I hope it last long!

Note the weight limit. It isn’t a suggestion. We’ve already had to get replacement springs.

If I had known that you had to sew the enclosure to the trampoline, I would have passed on this one. I have never seen one like this before.

We bought this trampoline 2 years ago, the springs rusted out and it is about to completely fall apart in a few months. we’re looking for a new one.
