We purchased this in August and by October we were having issues. The bounce was gone, the mat was stretched the springs were stretched. Then in a wind storm two poles bent blew off while the rest of it remained in paced with the stakes. Not worth the deal, it’s now garbage.

This product is horrible. The last trampoline I had lasted 4 years before the springs stretched & pad wore out, but this one I’ve had only couple months & pad is not tight, the springs keep coming off. Even my son asked why the pad was so soft. We had to take the poles off because 1 of my kids was playing basketball & the whole bar just broke off. This is an inferior product. Please don’t waste your money on it.

The previous reviews greatly sum up this trampoline. The good: It is big, comes with everything you need for safety, and it's a great price The bad: The assembly was confusing, my engineer husband took 3 hours to assemble it It also arrived with a small hole in the jumping part. Upon contacting Sam's customer service, I was told we'd have to exchange the WHOLE thing if we wanted that part replaced. We have zero desire to take it apart and re-assemble a new one. The other option was a $25 refund. Upon looking for replacement jumping mat, I found that it'd be roughly $50-100 to replace so they offered $50 refund instead, which I accepted. Overall, I would recommend to a friend.
