Parts missing

Bought this trampoline back in September 2020. It’s now March 2021. I just went inside of it for the first time in a month or so and the black mat has stretched out significantly. When I jump on it the fabric is loose. This is scary because if it’s stretching out like that it will eventually rip.haHaven’t even had it a year. Do not recommend.

Screws don’t fit. Tried contacting manufacturer and have gotten no response. Will probably return it

Bought it had set up for one week and all the springs are stretched out. Returning to Sam's ASAP. Stay away from this product.

Our assembly manual skips from page 14 to page 31. Not sure if all parts are there or not. (Review box will not let me add photos)

zipper broke the second day and Sam's club wanted me to take the whole trampoline down and return it vs just getting us a new net. The basketball hoop broke the first weekl. This is our third trampoline and it was the worst we have ever had.

Missing springs, called and they said I had to take it all the way apart and bring it back in the box to get a different one or to call the manufacturer and no response... definitely don’t recommend
