Assembly was very difficult and basketball hoop and poles are broken after only 3 weeks of use.

The nets stitching is coming undone, poorly made. Just bought yesterday and it came this way!

I bought this on sale a few months ago and the kids use it just about everyday. I bought it for my kids and nephews who all range from 2-9 and they all have so much fun. Of course everyone doesn't think these are the safest things but if you try to not have them in all at the same time it might be safer. The net also makes me feel like they are safe in there. The basketball hoop was a fun add on it feels a bit flimsy but good enough for them to make their shot and it stays put. 2 males helped setting this up and they were able to set it up within 2 hours and found it easy. My kids still want to go outside and jump everyday , all day if they could!! This Texas heat only gives us a few hours a day though.

Threat product and price

We purchased this item and it is missing the entire set of springs— that seems to be a common theme among a lot of reviews that I wish I had read before purchasing! I called customer service and they said they would not do anything beyond a return or a replacement however this shipment is HEAVY and obnoxious to go through the process of getting a replacement! Springs are half the price of the entire trampoline just to replace! Save your money and go with something more reliable!
