The trampoline is a gift. The package was damaged in transit by Fed Ex. My grandson opened it yesterday & there are parts missing. I have a message to Customer Service. Hoping they will contact me today.

Sent this as a gift to my Godson and he loves it. It’s easy to assemble and super fun to play on. Shooting hoops and doing flips at the same time is exciting.

Love it only thing i hate about it are the poles that hold the net up the rods are thin it can easy bend and break so far ive had it for about a month give or take and two rods have broken off but its a good trampoline

Unfortunately I had to return this trampoline after 3 weeks due to many of parts falling apart. Sam's has a great return policy though! It was only ever used by my 13yo daughter that weighs about 90lbs. After about a week the springs were showing signs that they were deforming and permanently stretching out. At two weeks the little triangles that hold the springs to the net were stretching out and causing springs to pop off. I was able to get those reformed and back on. But at three weeks the thread around the edge of the net started ripping and more springs went flying across the yard, no replacing that.

the netting isn't very secure. you have to literally use shoe laces to thread the netting (sew it so to speak) in place on the mat. the attachment on the top rail is just clips and elastic band. Overall feels very cheaply made and not as safe to be bouncing around especially pushing on the netting

DO NOT BUY! We've had this trampoline for less than 1 year. Every wind storm, the safety bars for the net would get bent over and would have to be bent back in place. After 10 months of this, one finally snapped in half. This is unacceptable quality, and the company said they don't cover warranty for wind damage. I'd more consider this cheaping out on quality than I would wind damage, as it bent within the first week of having it, and it wasn't even a bad storm. Sam's should stop supporting this brand as they've cheaped out on parts.

The netting and trampoline were two separate pieces. They are only connected by using a thin rope. The rope won’t last long before it will break. Not as safe as it should be. I had no way to return it so I had no choice but to keep it! The zipper isn’t very secure and is floppy. If you’re looking for a trampoline don’t buy this one.

Purchased and poles broke- store doesn't have replacement poles and when you call into corporate they recommended I google this brand and see if I can find the manufacturer number to find replacement poles. Has anyone had luck purchasing these replacement poles somewhere ?

Excellent quality

The legs on this trampoline are black but the round part is silver which to me is ugly and looks ghetto You can’t see it when the cover is on but if you get real close you can see it. Also it looked like it was used when it’s suppose to me brand new smh
