The netting was sewn incorrectly. I tried to reach out to the company for a replacement. After several attempts in the last 4 months I have still received no response. It will not latch to the pole and you can not use the hoop.

It's an OK trampoline if you have smaller kids. I didn't realize it was only rated for 250 or less and only one person at a time. I have never known a trampoline to say one person at a time, but this one does.

Took us a two days because we started late and night came and we couldn't see so we finished second day however, you must have two people and the only thing I don't like is the circle wasn't sprayed nicely and it is smugged

I bought this with sams club pick up and they delivered it out to my car. I set this up all by myself with zero help. Single mom and weight 120lbs...no issues what so ever. I did not need 3 people as other reviews state. Of course it would have gone faster, but only took me 2.5 hrs. My kids love the trampoline and enjoy going outside each day to play

Poorly made if flemsy materials. Can’t stand up to a thunderstorm at all. Our last trampoline from rural king withstood 6 years of thunderstorms, wind storms, snow storms you name it for $149 this one has been up for a month and is already bent and leaning from 2 thunderstorms. Do not buy unless you’re pulling it down for the rain showers.

We’re on our fourth trampoline and have enjoyed a variety of products. Picking this one up on special, it has a lot of different features the kids thought might be cool. The basketball hoop is pretty useless. It’s foam and the ball always goes out. Its quality, however, is already suspect. This product was more complicated to assemble than many of our others, though doing it alone it only took a couple of hours. The short self tapping screws that hold the legs to the base don’t seem near study enough and

Trampoline came and was missing all the screws bolts spacers.. everything. Had to reach out to manufacture for the pieces. As the pieces came we started to put the springs on ONLY to find out the bounce pad is ripped in 2 places. Extremely disappointed as this was my sons BIG christmas gift.

This trampoline looks incredible BUT the mat is so loose on it my kids can’t even jump on it, there is so much slack... I can’t take it back apart myself therefore I can’t return it and that’s the only option I have, Sams did give me a 20% credit back but that’s only $20.00 now I’m stuck with a useless trampoline in my yard... please don’t buy you will be disappointed

I bought this almost two weeks ago, DO NOT buy this trampoline. First it was missing screws for set up, then the holes for the screws were too small so we had to make them bigger and now we are having to contact them yet again because we got the spring cover for a 12ft trampoline. This has been such a ridiculous hassle to deal with!
