Great product! Great price! We did have to drill a new hole because one of the screw holes did not align correctly. We also had to file down some plastic for the basketball hoop to fit correctly. Very sturdy and safe overall.

The assembly went as expected. My reason for a 3 is that it did not come with any sort of a ladder to get in. For the price I feel it could have been included.

Loved this purchase once I got it . There was a mix up with shipping but once that got handled and I received the item i was happy . My children love it

Purchased for grandsons, arrived on time but the springs were not in the box, Sam's customer service corrected the problem by having the springs shipped the trampoline company's quality control was lacking.

Our grandchildren have spent numerous hours already on this unit. They love this trampoline The safety net surroundings are the best and works perfectly.

My children and nephew and nieces are enjoying this. Putting on the legs of the trampoline took a little more time than the original one we have, but worth it. My tip, don't tighten legs until all are on then go back and tighten screws.

Nice buy aside from the basketball hoop. As other reviews stated, that part is kinda cheap and fell right apart. Other than that the trampoline is sturdy.

Love the trampoline but I do not like the basketball hoop. Way too small so anytime you throw the ball, it always goes outside of the trampoline. Other than that, very spacious and bouncy!

Fairly easy set up. Kids are having a blast! Feels pretty sturdy. Netting seems decent quality as well. We didn’t bother setting up basketball hoop, since reviews seemed iffy on that.

Great trampoline (this was a replacement of an older one -different brand) that was needing a new mat and springs, I could not replace those things for the low price of buying this new one. Granddaughter loves it, good quality & sturdy/safe!
