Since I am a diabetic type 2 I need to keep an eye on my carb intake. I have been drinking this and the pure gold from this brand and so far it has not effect my blood count. Since the beer is very low on carbs I am avle to enjoy a couple beers daily. Check with your doctor for your case. Good tasting beer.
