We got this for our kid for Christmas. The lift stop working after 2 days. Called customer service number and is absolutely no help (says to call back, then hangs up). Now the product is on sale for 100 dollars cheaper than what we paid, so we're definitely not happy about that. Our kid loves the concept that he's driving a forklift so... two stars granted.

This is overpriced trash it only has a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase and, of course, quits working on month 7, and they will not help other than offering to sale you parts thay probably won't fix it. Don't waste your time on any of their products.

My kids ages 6 & 8 loved this model with one that also happens to be neurodiverse. They found it really engaging and loved trying to pick up items that were easily picked up from the ground. It was easy to maneuver and easy for them to manage the lift.

Just bought for my 3 year old for Christmas morning and just as all the reviews stated the forklift stopped working on day 2. We have a very sad little boy and now it’s sold out with no help from the company to replace. Thought maybe we would get lucky and just be extra careful with it but the only thing he lifted was the very light pallet it comes with. Very disappointed nothing can be done.

My 3 year was so excited to get this forklift for Christmas. Just like everyone else the forklift quick working!!! Today was the first day he got a chance to ride it and the forklift didn’t work. It worked after we put it together and that’s it. Probably why the price is 100 cheaper now, because this must be a issue!!

My son absolutely love this. The first time he saw it in the store he was adamant that we put it on his Christmas list. The assembly was very simple. I loved how the screws are in the spots they went and not in a little baggie. I did read the reviews of a lot of people are having issues with the forks. I do believe it is most likely due to user error in the install process and hooking up the wires. If you do not connect them correctly or you pull too hard they will rip. But it’s light wiring. So easy fix, if it happens. Overall, it’s an amazing toy that my son lives.

Seems like a great product. After just a couple of days the forks stopped going up and down. Basically useless

The lift portion broke. We had to take it off and cannot find any customer service info in order to get it fixed. Of course the box and all UPC codes are gone since the forklift broke a month into having it. Total waste of money.

Just like other reviews we bought this for Christmas and the forks quit working the first week. Hard to operate when the forks will not raise. Waste of money.

Very disappointed in the quality product Sam’s is carrying. My boys played with it for about an hour or so before the forks quit working. Have attempted to contact the company but no luck. DO NOT BUY
