I bought this for my grandson last week. The battery charger stopped working, the second time I charged it. Called customer support and was told they don't carry parts, to return the Fork Lift to Sam's Club, even though their limited warranty specifically says, Do not take back to the store, call customer service with any problems or questions..."

Forks don’t work, one of the lights is out, and I just talk to the customer service on the number that is listed in everybody else’s review and the young lady said that basically sucks to be me. I have two choices. I can keep calling back every few months to see if they have replacement parts or take it back to the store and get my money back. This company is not very good. Highly disappointing.

My grandma bought one of these forklifts for my son for Xmas, the assembly instructions aren’t very thorough but I’m somewhat mechanically inclined so I was able to fill in the blanks that were missing in the instructions. But I charged it up out of the box, then my son played with it and ran the battery down so I charged it up for the 2nd time, but now the forks don’t work at all. Everything else works though, I checked all the wire connections to make sure nothing was loose and they were all good, but still there’s no power going to the fork mast/forks. Is there something I should try to do to fix it? Other than that, all the other functions work good and it is a pretty darn cool toy, just wish it wasn’t malfunctioning already. And we’ve only ran it indoors so far, so it hasn’t been exposed to dirt/mud or water. Some help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

We gave this to our 3 year old and he got to use it for about 2 weeks before the forks stopped working. Very disappointed little kid…

I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas, everything was fine until the lift just stopped working. I think its a good product with the exception of the lift. Hope this helps.

Santa brought this gift and it stopped working within the first hour. Apparently we are not the only people who had this problem and the product is not replaceable nor does it have parts to repair it. Sam’s club normally sells better quality products. Im very disappointed. They offered us our money back but that doesn’t help that Santa teased our son with a forklift he no longer has.

I bought two forklifts for both grandsons and day after Christmas. We took one back on Dec 19 because battery didn’t work when we put them together. Then on Christmas Eve we gave them for presents and next day fork quit working in one. I called tit company in the manual and they are sending out two new whole forks replacement. So if you have a problem call the number customer service in book and they will ship you the parts free.
