Excellent product for the price! The addition of a strip of rubber around the center of the tires helps with traction. This forklift goes faster than the jeep! They love the up and down movement of the lift!

It’s a booger to put together, but each part fits in its place properly & perfectly. Our grandson is only 2yo, but loves to drive it up & down the street “helping” the neighbors w their mailboxes, trees, extra leaves, etc. It’s easy to drive & holds a charge for a long time, even straight out of the box. I love the rubber on the tires. You don’t get the slippage that u get from the other cars w plastic wheels. All in all, a great purchase at a super deal of a cost.

Forks Broke & No Part Available

Awesome toy & my little one loves it, but the fork lift mechanism broke night 1. When I called the manufacture they said they have had issues with this, don't have parts, and suggested I return it. Very disappointing and I am hesitant to return and replace with the same product if it's known to have issues with the forks.

Defective forklift

Was easy to put together. Super cute. However, had to return because the fork lift had issues working. Even empty, It did not want to lift up Or go down. Item returned. Very sad little boy! Sam's Club staff was very nice.

Was defective, but like the idea.

I purchased this from my local Sam’s club, and assembled it. The fork lift part is suppose to actually move up and down, but it does not. After researching online, this is a common occurrence with this product. I’ve tried to initiate a return online but it won’t allow me. I’m emailing the hypertough company about it now!

Very Very Disappointed!!!

We purchased this Ride-on Forklift for $249.00 for our grandson for Christmas, he played with it for maybe an hour and the lift stopped working!! He is heartbroken, and there isn't another one in stock! After reading the reviews it sounds like there is nothing that can be done to fix it:(
