The firk lift on it did not work at all. It was make a sound but never move up and down. I tried starting a return through the website after my son opened it for Christmas and it would not accept the return. So now we are stuck with a product that does not do what it is supposed to.

This product is great in theory, but after breaking after two days I have to give it a poor review. The lift stopped working completely, and I’ve read many other reviews saying the same thing. Save yourself the trouble of assembly and buy something else.

Ordered early in November for grandsons Christmas. Shipment arrived as stated. Took about 2 hours to assemble. Couldn’t wait to see his face as he made it go. Forklift motor doesn’t work well and lift only goes up halfway. Disappointed for all that money. Called manufacturer for motor replacement but they said they only deal Susan’s club. Sams club only option was to return for a refund. Said it is seasonal. How can you take it away from a 3 yr old that was shipped to another state.so we’re are keeping it even though it doesn’t do what was advertised or we paid for. Buy with caution.

Horrible stopped working and can't get in contact with anyone for replacement. Called 1800 sams club and they can't help either.

My son was beaming from ear to ear when he woke up Christmas morning to see this under the tree. However, that smile turned to disappointment in about 1 hour as the lift no longer worked and he did not pick up anything heavy. I sent an email to the manufacturer to see if they can send a front replacement lift, but after reading the reviews my expectations are low. Learn from my lessons and everyone else who has reviewed this product and experienced the same lift issue! DO NOT BUY!

I bought this product on Saturday. Easy to put together and my son absolutely loved it for the 4 hours it worked. The forklift mechanism stopped working (smells like the motor burnt up). The manual mentions calling the distributor prior to returning to the store. When I called I was told that they have had 15 calls for the same issue in the last week and that they never received any parts to fix/replace it. It was recommended that I return it to the store and not replace it as there is no guarantee the same thing won't happen. Unfortunately, as my son will be heartbroken. The only thing he moved around the garage was a 7lbs pumpkin (forklift rated to lift 22lbs) so it wasn't overworked. I would not recommend purchasing this product

My son was so excited to open this on Christmas morning. He drove it around the house for a few days and then the forklift mechanism stopped working.

Little man feels just like Daddy and can operate his forklift with ease and precision (well, as much precision as a 2 1/2 year old has)

My 3 year old loves it! This tractor is adorable! He plays on it for hours a day. It looks like the real thing, sounds like the real thing!
