It's butter what can I say

I have been baking cookies for many years, for my family and for weddings and other events. I had 3 consecutive batched of cookies fail, chocolate chips, orange cranberry, white chocolate macadamia. All I have made in the past. They came out of the oven beautiful, sat on try 2min. they fell looked like a puddle of grease with lumps. I scrapped the chocolate chips but the other 2 were to expensive to scrap. I went to the store and bought land o lakes butter, re-baked the chocolate chips, the came out as expected. Our sams club is remodeling and keeping product in metal trailers in the parking lot. I think the butter had been frozen. When I cut a piece to put in veggies it flaked, I have never had that happen before either. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. It was a very costly lesson to learn.

This pack of butter was very economical. If taste is not a big factor you will find this butter okay at best. It is cut smaller than the actual size of what the package says so you really get less in the package but it will not interfere with the measurements if you use the package incriminates. This is just hidden and dishonesty on the part of the members mark brand.

I got this butter thinking that we would stick some in the freezer (which worked out great). I'm happy with it for cooking, but I'm definitely not a huge fan of the texture in comparison to some other brands. In my opinion, it isn't as creamy as some other types of butter.

Members Mark salted butter is a great bargain. Always creamy, doesn't separate into solids and water as some other brands.

Best price on real butter. I always keep this on my Sam's haul list to pick up. Great for my seasonal baking needs.

Mild flavor, inconsistent weight in each block between 112-115 g, which effects measuring when baking.

Great tasting butter. This tastes just as good as the name brands, yet the price is much better. We have been buying this for years.

This butter has great taste and is a good value. I can find better prices on limited sales but Sam's is consistently a great price.
